Kerry’s introduction to yoga started as a few classes to improve her flexibility and balance after an
injury. She discovered so much more, and those few classes evolved into a daily yoga practice that
brings Kerry great joy and a sense of balance to her life.
Eager to share the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga with others, Kerry completed her
200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Kerry teaches Vinyasa Flow and Slow Flow with a grounded and
nurturing approach, providing options for beginners through to experienced yogis. You can expect
fluid movement and breathwork, playfulness and curiosity in the shapes, and moments of stillness
and calm. Kerry’s aim is for you to leave feeling challenged and refreshed but to also have fun.
