We love supporting our members in achieving results and helping them to be the best versions of themselves. Our 6 week challenge is a great way for us to personally invest time in each member and enable them to get out of their comfort zone, challenge themselves and come away with a better education in health, training and wellness. 

Because we are more focused and targeted with a more personal approach, we have all fitness levels covered! Our motto is in taking our people from surviving to thriving! We believe in micro-steps in behaviour change and small, incremental, daily steps that can help you be sustainable by creating great habits and a solid daily routine. CHALLENGE INCLUSIONS

– Nutrition workshop (week 1)
– In-body scan (week 1 and week 6)
– Mental health workshop (week 3)
– 3x 30 minute PT sessions|
– Weekly communication to keep you accountable
– Weekly measurements
– Before/after photos
– Saturday morning boot camp and breakfast (week 5)
– Challenge t-shirt when you complete week 6
